For most, it is Year of the Dog. For me, it is Year of the MC. It is the first year of being half of what is commonly referred to as the "married couple." Rumor has it that the first year of marriage isn't an easy one so if nothing else, this will be a great adventure. With my husband and I as the main players, it will guarantee to be a funny one.

Send the doc a copy of yesterday's post. She needs to know the anxiety she caused -- which, of course, was totally uncalled for.
I have to say, there may have been a time or two I have been "that doc". It's not that I try to be inconsiderate or don't care about what is going on - I just have 10,000 things on my plate at the same time. Hence the reason I have made a policy for where I work where phone calls must have a 24 hour turn around time. There are those times I am off for 3 days in a row and won't see the result until the 4th day. But I can appreciate your agony and it may have opened my eyes to how some of my patients feel.
